TJ Landscaping Services provides professional residential and commercial landscaping, hardscaping, sod installation, irrigation installation and repair, sprinkler blowout, backyard clean-up, weed removal, and tree/shrub installation primarily across the Denver Metro Area, Colorado. All services are subject to availability, a confirmed quote, and a mutually agreed-upon scope of work.

3. Estimates and Quotations

  • Free Estimates: We offer estimates for our services. Estimates are based on initial visual inspections or client descriptions and are subject to change if the actual site conditions differ significantly.

  • Pricing Changes: Final pricing may be adjusted if the client requests changes to the scope of work after a project has started, or if unforeseen site conditions (e.g., hidden utility lines, excessive tree roots, rocky soil) require extra labor or materials.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Property Access & Utilities: The client must ensure that our team and equipment have clear, safe access to the work area. Clients are responsible for locating and marking private underground utilities (e.g., private sprinkler lines, invisible fences, custom lighting wires) before work begins. We are not liable for damage to unmarked private lines.

  • Permissions & Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary homeowner association (HOA) approvals or municipal permits required for specific landscaping or hardscaping projects, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in your quote, invoice, or contract.

  • For larger projects, deposits may be required before work commences.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt or according to the agreed terms. Late payments may incur late fees or interest charges as permitted by Colorado law.

6. Intellectual Property
